To begin this was one of the worst experiences I have had in my years of booking through Hotels.com, from the moment I arrived I was not greeted I was told "I can not check anyone in right now " with out knowing what my question even was. Door barely opened and that's what I was told walking in. The Service was very unprofessional , and seem rude. I had pre called to make arrangements to a late arrival and was told NO PROBLEM, but when arrived its was not how it went. Then one of the employees after dealing with what I needed to do and I requested a manager (which I never met just saw from a distance until check out day for 1 minutes,she had a loud conversation with another employee and we can hear her complaining about us.
They made me feel as everything was my fault, and just gave us negative answers. Problem was finally solved and then they were to NOT going to give us the room we booked, but I guess they figured it out. The experience was HORRIBLE and very unprofessional, seems as employees needs a lot of training on how to treat customers. We will NOT be booking again and for the price it was NOT worth it as the hotel was also under mayor construction and was not told.
I was not offered any compensation or helped to make the situation smoother.

I was traveling alone with my
Daughter and had just got out of the emergency room the day before and I know I looked sick (Not covod)
