I had sent two separate emails asking Inn & Out Express, to cancel my booking (well in advance) as I had accidentally booked the wrong date(s). On both occasions, my emails were ignored! I am appalled that both my emails were brushed aside. Not only is the appalling customer service, but it also has highlighted that the establishment lacks any decency. Moreover, by ignoring my email’s Inn & Out Express, have shown me that they lack the showing of politeness in one’s attitude and behaviour towards its customers. Next time have the common courtesy to reply to an email from a customer. Outrageous ‘customer service.’ I paid for a hotel, that I didn’t even stay in, all because nobody bothered to make contact, unsatisfactory service!
