Mixed feelings on this place. We've been to a dozen or so different all-inclusives over the years, but this is the first that we agreed we would never go back to.
Let's start with positives: The resort itself is beautiful and massive (more on this in negatives later), and mostly well kept. Because of how big it is, there are always people but also never felt overly crowded. We always found a few pool chairs together, no matter the time of day, and there was always things to do (game of volleyball, sand soccer, pool games, aerobics, dance, yoga, you name it!).
We stayed in the family portion of the resort, and the kids loved the mini water park and mini buffet and ice cream shop (visited daily!).
Unfortunately, the devil is in the details and while at the surface this all sounds amazing, there were many negatives...
First, the staff were largely either indifferent or outright rude, annoyed, not helpful, or nonexistent. For being such a massive resort, only TWICE in 5 days did anyone come up to us while we were poolside (or beach side) and ask if we wanted a drink/food. Twice... Basically non existent pool staff. The bartenders were largely nice, some were great, but unfortunately that's about where the pleasant attitudes ended. Food staff, cleaning staff, and in general staff just seemed upset to be working (perhaps overworked) with terrible attitude, not willing to go the extra mile, rarely willing to fake a smile or say "you're welcome" to our "thank you". Worst service
