The hotel has potential, but under-performed in several areas, and didn’t meet the standards I would expect of a Hilton property. 3 night stay.
Night 1, little to no food available from my restaurant/bar. What we did order was not good.
Woke up on morning one with bites all over my legs and body. Called manager and spoke about both situations. They did take dinner off the room charges and assured me he wound look into potential bed bug situation. We seriously considered relocating, but didn’t. . That I do regret.
Long story short, my body is covered with bites, I will now need to steam my laundry when I get home, andI still have not heard from manager after tl check out and three times of addressing my situation.
