Then we arrived at the hotel, the two girls in the reception told us, that we had cancelled the reservation, which we didnt. It was a mistake between them and Expedia. But they didnt care at all, and if we didnt insist they were wrong, we had to pay yet one more time.
Afterwards the hotel did not match the description and four star spa expectation. The spa was closed. We had several issues and broken things in our room, that we told the reception, but they didnt care at all, and none of it was repaired.
E.g. broken toilet seat, shower head broken, aircondition offline at night and a tv that turned on sometimes at night, because of same signal issues.
