We went to the front desk right away, but the guys there told us that they couldn’t help us, because the office that manages these “pod rooms” was closed until Monday. There was no option to change rooms, there was no cleaning staff on site, and there were even no cleaning tools to do it ourselves. Since it was late at night, we were forced to spend the night there, but early the next morning we left and told the front desk that we needed to ask for a refund, because the place didn’t meet the minimum terms and conditions. We were told that we had to come back on Monday morning, when the office would be open. So I did, but when I arrived the manager was not in the office, and I spoke to a person there named Anna Wylde, she told me that I had to speak to the manager, because she couldn't do anything, but I couldn't wait too long because I had a flight soon. Finally, she told me to send an email explaining the situation, and of course they never responded. In the meantime, I filed a complaint to Hotels.com, they told me that they called the manager several times, but he refused to give me any solution or refund. I lost a lot of money because of this situation, so my advice is NOT to stay here, there are many better options near this place for the same price.
