Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from subway, plenty of restaurants, great shopping, shrines and other tourist sights.
The check-in process is on-line with a remote video-linked agent available to answer questions and confirm room codes etc. When we needed in-person assistance, somebody came to us very quickly.
The property was very clean, and although quite small, was just big enough for our family of 4, for 4 nights.
Only negatives were; the washing machine had only Japanese instructions, so we needed to ask for a member of staff to come and explain. Even then, we had questions once we started using it, so it needed more than one training visit!
Also the spa facility, while good, is too expensive when you consider most other places don't charge. It would also benefit from more relaxation loungers, there was only one when we used it.
We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day!
