Misleading Pictures on Website – Disappointing Stay

1. First Impressions:
Upon arriving at Super8 Hotel, we were eager to check into our room, having been impressed by the photos displayed on their website. Unfortunately, what we encountered was quite different from what was advertised.
2. Room Description:
The pictures online showed Business premium with sofa and coffee maker in room. Which it did not have.
3. Facilities:
While the hotel claimed to offer breakfast, it only served coffee, juice, cereal and toast.
4. Customer Service:
We raised our concerns with the front desk, but they were unhelpful and offered no solutions or discounts.
5. Overall Experience:
This experience was disappointing as the reality did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as it feels like a bait-and-switch situation.
6. Advice to Management:
Management should update their website with accurate images and descriptions to avoid misleading guests.
