Complaint Regarding Our Stay at Castello del Pazzo
To whom it migh concern at Castello del Pazzo Management,
I am writing to express our profound disappointment with our stay at your establishment. As frequently travelers who always seek out unique destinations and hotels, we were looking forward to our visit to your five-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
Upon arrival, our first impression was marred by the poor quality of food served at the pool area. Instead of a relaxing, luxurious environment, we were met with an overwhelming number of screaming children and numerous restrictions, making it feel more like a children's aqua park than a five-star retreat. The experience was far from relaxing and did not align with the high standards one would expect from such a hotel.
The strict rules regarding dining and smoking at the pool area were particularly off-putting. Constantly having to move if we wanted to eat or smoke made it very difficult to relax. Furthermore, the music at the pool was excessively loud and, combined with the noise from the children, made the environment intolerable, prompting us to leave early.
Our first visit to the restaurant Le FEIF was equally disappointing. Once again, we encountered restrictions on smoking at the table, despite being in an open-air setting. This seemed unnecessarily restrictive for adult guests on vacation.
Additionally, the mosquito problem at your property caused significant discomfort. B
