Last year it was a great stay. This year it was just ok. Someone else’s food was left in the fridge, and some things like dishes were out of place. Makes us wonder if the room was thoroughly cleaned or not. Kitchen faucet was very loose/wobbly, and the room was set to 84*, same temperature as outside. Overall still a nice hotel, but wasn’t worth the money this time around.
I don’t like the idea of charging my card $50 for incidentals that haven’t happened either. I know you reimburse if there aren’t any incidentals, but it’s just one more thing I have to remember to check on later. How about you have the card in your system and if there’s an actual incidental, THEN you charge the card.
Same thing with the pets. My dogs have never done any damage to a hotel room, but I get charged for pets anyway. How about only charge IF the pets make mess or damage something?
