- Called the hotel at 10am on 4/12 to ask how early our room would be ready and she told me that it should be done within an hour. I came to the hotel at 4pm and the room was not ready and wouldn’t end up being ready until 4:30.
- There was no remote or lamp / ceiling light in the living room; called to request a lamp and remote and lamp were provided promptly.
- Pull out couch was not clean; called front desk at 12am to let them know that it had food crumbs, broken crayons, a bottle cap, and unknown particles on it. The call was received, problem was explained, and the response from a female hotel attendant was short, “what’s your room number?” [I responded with room 233], and then she ended the call. I called back five times within an hour and no one answered the call nor returned a phone call or have someone come to our room for servicing the problem with the pullout couch not being clean.
- It was extremely frustrating to not get multiple calls answered or returned after explaining to the front desk attendant that we had a pullout couch that was dirty and need sheets, blankets, and pillows because there wasn’t any stocked in the hotel room.
