I was enamored with the location. Although we were initially taken aback by the lack of public transportation options beyond renting a car or taking a cab, the hotel itself was pristine, with reliable Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, due to its remote location, phone reception was nonexistent. However, what truly captured my heart were the people associated with the hotel—the friendly staff who treated us like family. From the welcoming receptionist Male, to the bar attendant Lalo and the housekeeper Dalia, and the great cooking from Tania, everyone contributed to an exceptional experience. The food was excellent, and the overall hospitality was outstanding.
Another highlight was the proximity of the hotel to the bay, where the tranquil waters and numerous dining options made it an ideal spot. The locals were approachable and eager to assist, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
While we hadn’t anticipated the absence of air conditioning and hot water in the rooms, these minor inconveniences ultimately didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment.
