I had to call the accommodation line about 5 times as we were unable to get in after finally finding property the entry info came in drips and drabs and was very annoying, we were in a first floor apartment and just had loads of scaffolding all around and in walkways, the property itself was a good size but needs a few repairs on walls and fresh paint, floors not clean , only 2 dining chairs when there was 3 of us , no wifi , paying the deposit and info getting in was not easy , we found it difficult and not straight forward , no hangers in wardrobe and no pegs for coats , little annoying things that could be made easier and improve it
