Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Unprofessional
This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. There was no hot water in our room, and when we reported it, the staff told us to wait until the next day for it to be fixed — as if going without a shower was acceptable. They refused to move us to another room and instead sent us to a different room just to take a shower. Completely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially with children.
Even worse, there was an uncovered electrical wire in the kids’ bed. This is a serious safety hazard, and the fact that the room was made available in that condition is alarming and shows a complete lack of care for guest safety. You can see it clearly in the photos attached to this review.
On top of that, the condition of the room itself was poor. The ceiling was dirty and looked like it was either mid-renovation or in desperate need of one. It gave the room a neglected, unpleasant feeling — again, you can see this in the photos. It’s clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here.
To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge us for breakfast — the price was clearly listed as lower on the app, and they acted like it was our problem to solve. When we did have breakfast, it was well below the standard you’d expect for the price — very limited and poor quality.
This hotel is unprofessional, unsafe, and not worth the money. We will absolutely not be returning, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
