When we arrived, we immediately advised the staff that our WI-FI did not work, and the message on the screen said that payment needed to be made. They said they would send someone right over. They never sent anyone, even after repeated requests. So no TV OR WI-FI DURING OUR ENTIRE STAY. We requested transport from the clubhouse to the cottage the next evening. They said 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, nothing. They disappeared. My son had to take the 20 minute walk to the cottage and get his vehicle to pick us up at the clubhouse. At the wedding, the food was COLD. When we asked the staff to bring warm food they threw it on the table and walked away fast. It was colder than the first dishes. Cocktail hour there were virtually no seats and the only food station they had was a pasta station. That was cold, as well . Please know that we are not EVER ones to complain, but this was off-the-charts bad from the start. Worst part was that the staff didn’t really give a crap. You would think that they, especially, would fix the NO TV ISSUE. They said that was someone else’s problem. Inexcusable!! So the cottage, as we found out, is under separate contract. Don’t advertise it as a PGA venue. If anyone is looking for cracks in my comments, EVERYTHING I have stated is true.
Not ever what we expected from such a place.
Lastly, the manager said that they would be refunding our stay. Nothing yet. Not responding to any of our calls, texts or emails. This is nuts.
I would never take the time.
