This hotel was great, when we arrived we were upgraded, staff was welcoming and very sweet, hotel was beautiful and a great place to stay in a good location. Breakfast was also incredible and had an entire spread.
However, taking two stars off as on our second to last day, we requested the car service to pick us up at 7:45 am the next morning and drop us off to the airport (btw this was a $80 car service, not a taxi). The driver did not arrive until 8:30, drove like a manic to the point where my boyfriend and I got extremely car sick, was on a personal phone call the entire time, and giving us an attitude with no sense of urgency for our flight. We had to run through the airport and barely made our flight back. We paid about $88 USD and were very upset for this service from such a high rated hotel. I reached out to the hotel directly and never got a response from them. Upsetting that the hotel has such a poor car service.
