Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a two-week reservation but had to leave after only three days. I believe that the services provided at your hotel are not suitable for foreign nationals and are more geared towards local residents.
Despite having paid for the entire two-week stay, I found it necessary to leave due to the lack of house cleaning services and overall unsatisfactory conditions. I had hoped for a comfortable and clean environment during my stay, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
I kindly request a refund for the remaining days of my reservation, as I feel that the level of service provided did not meet my expectations and did not justify the full payment made in advance.
I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving the quality of your services for all guests, regardless of nationality.
