This is because although the hardware of the hotel, the facilities, were very well designed and very well managed, the software, the service, in the case of this hotel, was second-rate or even below it.
For example, if you dine in-room, the dishes are never taken down. This happens even after the cleaning staff has entered the room. In other words, this happens because the cleaning staff and the dish-clearing staff do not cooperate with each other. So-called “attentiveness” is completely lacking in this hotel.
Also, since the area around the hotel is not developed at all, the hotel restaurant is extremely boring and you will get tired of it after 3 nights, in spite of the restaurant and everything else.
The price of this hotel is not cheap, but not as expensive as a luxury hotel, so what is the use of this halfway position hotel?
It might be good for a family staying 3 to 5 nights, but if you are a couple enjoying the nightlife, it would be better to stay at a global brand hotel in the center of Nha Trang.
