No-frills hotel. It seems to be recently updated. The room matched the photos with laminate "wood" floors, updated furniture, fridge, microwave, and TV. We had two rooms - a king and two queens. We were looking for a place to sleep for the night after a long day and didn't need anything fancy. For the price, we were quite satisfied. The pool was out of service but being worked on, though we had no plans to use it. The breakfast was consummate for the price and the coffee was above average for a hotel. Cameras were everywhere in the common spaces as there was no full-time on-site staff. If you arrive after hours (10 pm on the day we arrived) you need to check in via phone and they will text you codes for the front door and your room. The person we spoke with on the phone to check in was friendly. It was a pretty easy process, but if you want 24/7 staff, this isn't your place.
I do all my ratings based on price as I have different expectations based on what I pay. It would have been 1/10 if I had paid $1200 a night (which I have), but at $69/night, it's a solid 8/10.
