This is a great hotel, very charming, lovely bedroom. The place is let down by the restaurant. All food service ends at 9pm and the breakfast was really poor. Trying to aim at Western audience, stale croissants (Vietnam is famed for its great bread and pastries), packet bread. When things empty, eg no fruit in the buffet, you had to ask even though there was a manager and 5 members of staff doing nothing but chatting.
Don’t even offer chopsticks in an Asian country!
