Pre-paid two nights for a room (overpriced), last minute through Hotels.com. The front desk claimed it was an accident, and they didn't have the inventory. So they gave me a horrific room, with no AC in the middle of July, and a window that did not open. I left after five minutes, and lost the entire amount of the stay. No refund, or contact from the hotel as to happened? Maybe there are better rooms, maybe there is better service at a different time, but I will never try again.
