First, our train was cancelled because of the strike, so we rent a car and for our lucky we hit the car in a pig on the road, because of this we needed to call to our car insurance and then we used the hotel’s telephone, but the number we called is a free number, however were charged for these calls. I’d like to know if it is possible to be compensated for this charge. I asked to the receptionist but she couldn’t do anything until 8 e we had to leave before this time.
