First, I must point out that this was my first experience with this type of lodging; a single family home with individual rooms being occupied by unknown travelers. It was kind of strange. But I have to say the place was very nice, clean. Just be aware that you are sharing a home with strangers.
Two negatives: other travelers had dogs and difficulties accessing TV apps…ESPN, etc. TV apps required password codes, which I didn’t have. Dogs whined and cried when left alone. Clarification re:dogs…..the people with the pets did not notify the property managers that they were bringing the dogs. I talked with caretaker and he was surprised to see the dogs (he also informed me that pets are not allowed), yet he obviously let them in; in my opinion not a good decision. Property Management must keep in mind that many people have allergies, many are fearful of and uncomfortable with dogs, dogs can be unpredictable in behavior. May have been an isolated situation, but still the wrong decision allowing pets in the house.
