This place was SUCH a disappointment, very bad experience.
The worst thing by far was that the first night there was a party on the common rooftop of the building, which is right above the apartment. Imagine a bunch of wasted teenagers yelling all night long, until 8am the next morning. So we paid an expensive room for no sleep at all.
When we complained to the host they said these people were actually authorized [to yell the S out of everyone else's sleep] because they had rented the rooftop (sic), and directed us to read the fine print of the rental.
So let's make the fine print large: IF YOU STAY HERE YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT ALL, and no one will care about it.
The second worst thing was that after we had left, the host emailed us with a false accusation that we had damaged something in the lobby when carrying our luggage at check-out, and they wanted us to pay the equivalent to 3x the night rate (!) for repairs. Still waiting for them to send me proof that I was in any way involved in that, which won't happen since this is fabricated. Don't fall for this SCAM.
The apartment, as bad: The walls are like cardboard. If you are lucky enough to be spared from the rooftop drunken party you'll be lucky again if you're not awakened by your neighbors. You can hear every conversation held at a reasonable tone of voice. And if it's not that it's the dogs barking in the hallway.
The bed was uncomfortable, with cheap synthetic linens. Be prepared to sweat -if you can sleep.
