My experience at Rizz Suites was not satisfactory, and I have no intention of returning. Construction was still ongoing, with noisy work taking place from 9 am to 5 pm every day, except for the last day due to heavy rain. Unfortunately, as I arrived in the afternoon and the front desk staff left by 5 pm, there was little I could do until the following day. Despite my request for a refund due to the misleading information about the construction, I was denied. The room I was initially assigned had appalling conditions, with blood/vomit stains on the pillowcase, holes and stains on the blanket, and a persistent sewage smell emanating from the drains every morning around 6 am. The TV didn't work properly, and there was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator every night. Coupled with the disruptive noises at night and ongoing construction during the day, getting a decent night's sleep was nearly impossible. Although I requested housekeeping to replace my bedding, they only replaced the sheets, and the issue with the blanket remained unresolved, possibly due to a language barrier.
After several attempts, I managed to communicate with the front desk on the third day and requested a room transfer since a refund was not forthcoming. Despite their efforts to address my complaints, including sending security to fix the TV, the sewage smell persisted. Although the subsequent room I was moved to was an improvement, it was too little, too late, and the construction noise continued
