Took more than 1,000,000 pesos from me despite not using the reservation. Even though I told them I was cancelling they still took all the money for the reservation . I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. By the time I could help it was too late and they took the entire cost of the 4 nights. I understand that there would be some costs involved with this, and as such I was willing to pay even up to half of the costs involved, which I communicated with them. But to be charged the entire amount for a room that was not used is completely outrageous, I think they really lack compassion as losing this amount of money is completely devastating for our family. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you do not want to be stolen from. Doubtless this sort of policy would transfer to other parts of the hotel, as they clearly just want to charge as much money as they can without any sort of common decency.
