Good things: Breakfast is really good, lots of places to stop the car.
Negative things: Internet does not work well (it works very badly to be honest), the hotel is a bit far from the city (not a big problem, the city has parking spaces). Front desk could speak better English (some of them just don't speak English).
Catastrophic Point: The front desk guy called Mariano, strongly disrespected me and my wife. He treated us worst than dogs. Stinky old scabby dogs. I thought I had already paid by hotels.com. To "clarify" the doubts, the attendant Mariano raised his voice and spoke the following words: You don't trust me because I am Argentinian?!?
He repeated that phrase over 2 times.
The big problem with this statement is that it implies that I'm xenophobic (or something like that). I have no ideia why the guy did something like that. But it's a MAJOR fault.
Moreover, the same guy, Mariano wouldn't let me use the gym because I should make the check out 11am (it was 9:40).
At the check out, I had a discussion with the guy (we were almost screaming). My wife went away cause she got scared, as well as other guests.
Total disrespect!!!
Tip for the hotel: Do not treat your customers that way, and fire that guy! Don't stay at this place. There are much better options for better prices.
