I had several problems in short stay of 2 days.
On the first day of arrival the shuttle from the hotel just did not work, there not have a space at the airport for waiting, and MUCH less signs where to stay waiting.
After a lot of asking, a lady showed me an electronic kiosk to get in touch with the hotel, i requested in kiosk to call the hotel to REQUEST the shutttle, but I tried more than 30 minutes and only received the busy signal.
I got angry and decided to go by taxi .. the taxis did not want to pick up the service claimng to be very close and that they would miss a bigger trip. I delayed getting one to take me to the hotel and paid for it 10 euros. the next day I left early and went to Manchester (airport) when I came back I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH SHUTTLE .... arriving at the hotel I complained again and only then were they explain to me that the kiosk has been broken for months, and that the telephon that is on it AND OF ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN and not the airport.
Resuming total mess. But the worst was to come ... it was 11:00 pm and when I arrived at the hotel the restaurant was closed, the hotel does not have a BASIC room service ... there are no snacks for sale ... they offered me muffins.
irritated, I was forced to return to the airport to buy food on the subway at that hour.
I will not be returning to this hotel.
