The staff were professional, helpful and approachable. Room was neat and tidy with a well working AC. Bathroom was clean. Our room was right in front of the elevator, so we could sometimes hear when people got off the elevator speaking very loudly, so I would recommend earplugs if you're easily woken up by even the smallest of sounds. Couldn't hear the noise from the street, so that was good.
Food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced, but restaurant was slightly understaffed in the evenings just before closing time. Breakfast was quite traditional hotel breakfast - boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, white bread and bread buns, croissants, fruits etc. No bacon or omelettes though, so if those are a must for you then you're out of luck with this one.
The hotel is close to a metro station and it's easy, simple and fairly fast to get to the city centre.
Overall a nice stay and would consider staying with them again. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's on a budget and wants a reasonable price-quality balance.
