Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. Building is dated and in need of refresh. Furniture, fixtures, carpets were all nearing end of life. Linens were coarse but tolerable. TV turned on but had no signal. Broken baseboard tile in the bathroom.
For a brand with "sleep" in the name, the blackout curtains hung inches from the wall and there was a light outside the window all night, so it never actually felt dark.
Room was fairly clean, but less used areas like the closet door track had debris. The room had a heavy scent like a cheap vanilla candle, very irritating. Bathroom amenities were hand soap, lotion, and shampoo.
The weirdest part, though, has to be the slice of ham. In the lobby, on the base of a column, a single slice that had been left there at some point before I checked in and was still there when I checked out after two nights.
