Service, facilities, room quality and cleanliness were all good and what I would have expected of a 4 star hotel with Hilton branding. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff member was friendly and welcoming. Check out was similarly quick, efficient and friendly. My only issue was when I went to the bar on my first evening (12th Dec) and waited and waited to be served whilst the staff member just completely ignored me. It was really bizarre as there was no one else being served... it was like I was invisible. My command of Spanish language isn't good so I didn't have the confidence to speak up. I found it embarrassing so I left and went to a local bar in the neighbourhood instead. Maybe they were just overtired rather than lacking in customer service skills. Who knows? Anyway, that aside, my experience of this hotel was very positive.
