Check in was easy and the young lady was very nice. the room (1st floor king) was... meh. It was cold when I walked in, someone had the temp set to 70. It took me a bit to figure out that the thermostat on the wall wasn't hooked up and I needed to adjust it on the unit itself. Next stop was the bathroom, old and not cleaned all that well, and the sink did not drain. To un-stop the stopper I needed to reach under the sink and move the lever by hand... I do not believe housekeeping doesn't realize what the problem is, they just have not requested maintenance fix it... probably the biggest issue is the dirt on the floors, both tile and carpet. The carpets feel damp and turned my socks brown just walking on them. Probably won't stay here again, it's twice as much as the MicroTel down the road and not as clean. You're definitely paying for the name, not the service.
