The room appeared clean; however, the toilet wasn't flushing very well. We tried to call down to the front desk to report the issue, but the phone didn't work. My husband went down to the front desk to report the problem and was told there was no one in the maintenance department to take care of it and he returned with a plunger. Unfortunately, upon his return with the plunger, his key wouldn't work. My husband complained about the vinyl floor feeling a bit slimy. I wear slippers when inside, so I didn't notice it. The next morning, I wanted to make coffee, the coffee maker didn't work. I reported all of this to the front desk, minus the flooring because I just remembered as I was writing this review. The woman at the front desk apologized and said she would refund me some money on my reservation. She realized that I had booked it through a 3rd party and said she would have to have her manager help her with the refund. I never got a refund.
