Number of things:
1. Staff are casually friendly but not professional.
2. Check in is separate from interior.
3. Desk is not always staffed. NO staff at night.
4. Had to go ask for more towels and was made to wait 5 minutes while the front desk person talked to a housekeeper about shifts.
5.. Got confronted by a man trying to get in at 10pm saying he lost his room key. I wouldn't let him in cause what's the point of security otherwise. Tried calling front desk but got sent to a full voicemail for emergency after hours. They did call back and say they would check the property for the man. It scared my wife.
6. Bathroom had filth on the walls behind the door and the shower curtain was nasty.
7. Rooms are not very sound proof as I heard the road traffic and a whining dog next door all night.
8. Shower is tiny and water pressure is terrible.
9. Tried to check out and the lobby doors were locked at 9:30am with no staff in site. Showed up after I logged onto the app and checked out that way.
I WILL NOT use this franchise again. This is is an unacceptable way to operate a business. I don't expect 5 star or anything but I cannot tolerate the lack of professionalism.
