The staff is friendly and they are doing the best they can. But they don’t have enough support.
•Check In took over an hour. I watched several “managers” walk by and only leave 3 staff to handle the massive line of guests.
•Even at 7pm, rooms were not ready for many guests. Luckily, our wonderful clerk found something for us. But our rooms were on different floors.
•There is no Buffett, which is why we wanted to stay there. And even amongst the staff, there is miscommunication on dining options.
•There is A LOT of walking. So if you have a disabled guest, like we did, you’ll need to make your own accommodations for mobility.
•It also took a couple of hours after checkin to get our luggage. Again, not the staff’s fault. They need more.
•Valets are GREAT
•Servers are GREAT
