We made a reservation for two people with twin beds. Unfortunately, when we got at the front desk, they informed us the room had a king size bed only. We complained and they said the only solution for the moment (late night and tired from a long flight) would be to send to the room and extra bed. It took ages and we got a small bed.
Next day and the day after the next we kept complaining about the the change to twin beds and they kept promising it would be solve as the managers had already been involved. At the end, we never got the twin beds. One of us had to squezee and sllep in the small portable bed they set in the room for all nights. The managers never came to us to say at least he was sorry about the misunderstaning, provide a solution or even offer special credits (SPA, Free breakfast, special rate discount, etc..) to make it up. Total lack of management skills and not engaged to please the cutomer.
We also had the opportunity to see two more guests complaining (one foreign couple and one arab old coulpe) about problems with their booked rooms. The old arab mand screamed for half an hour in the font desk. At the end we all had the feeling they sold more than they could provide. It is too bad at all!!!
