When you first walk in, you’ll be greeted, I mean scowled at, by the front desk after you interrupt them from scrolling through Instagram on their phone.
You’ll then be charged a resort fee which is laughable and outrageous. The parking lot will never have enough room for all their guests, so get there early and don’t use your vehicle.
In my room, I found some brown substance on the OUTSIDE of the bowl. At best, it was bronzer or tanning lotion. At worst? You know what’s brown and IN toilets, and not outside of it.
The AC will rattle and make loud mechanical noises all night, as will the other guests slamming their doors so hard it could wake the nearby island. The walls are paper thin and you’ll hear everything.
The shower takes 5 minutes to get hot water. They have shampoo and conditioner, but not body wash, so BYO.
When you go to checkout, you’ll again be scowled at by the front desk with little to no interaction.
