This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We received a call at about 11 at night in our room saying we were being disruptive to other guests. We were absolutely not. We were resting which was much needed after a long excursion day in Joshua Tree National Park. We were hearing violent commotion in a room near by, it sounded like it was next to us. I called the front desk back and they apologized to me and said the noses were coming from maintenance. It was two people screaming at one another breaking things and slamming doors, swearing, yelling and crying. I could hear it all clearly and felt it from the room next to us. I ended up calling the front desk 5 times that night letting them know something bad was going on next door. Nothing was done about the noise and we were kept awake until 4:30am by yelling and banging. In the morning we talked to front desk and had horrible customer service, the manager didn’t talk to us, the front desk clerk didn’t see notes of me calling several times, and a note on the file for maintenance disturbance. This disturbance was in no way maintenance. They offered me 20% off the room for another nights stay, the night before upon check in it sounded like 50% off was offered but it was only 15%… and they could give us and extra 5% for the disturbance. I have stayed at Miracle in Desert Hot Spring, they are fantastic, they put us in a room instantly and I’d rather stay there anytime that Aqua Soleil whose pools close
