Temperature was hard to get right in the room, being on the 4th floor may have contributed to that with extra heat coming up from below and that combined with old matresses made it a very uncomfortable night for all in my family and we usually are able to deal with anything. The room itself was ok however they didn't have more than 2 towels or even a spare roll of TP for a family of 4? I'm struggling ro understand is this an Eco thing or are you worried about theft. Also the towels we did have were full of holes again why? Breakfast was lacking, no one attending to restock items and we were not alone in telling our children that we would stop elsewhere as I heard 2 other families assure their children of the same. An unfortunate additional cost from staying at this location. Staff was friendly however they could speak up and not mumble as it wss difficult to understand them clearly and seemed like they were just rushing through their well rehearsed speech.
