I have used the Hotels.com app several times before and have always been satisfied, but this time, I was very disappointed. I paid around 100 euros for 4 nights, and I am very unhappy with what happened. I felt frustrated and angry.
I also wrote a letter to the hotel management requesting a refund, but I have not received any reimbursement. I hope you will look into this matter; otherwise, you risk losing a very loyal customer.
