I recently stayed at Rodeway Inn Lemon Grove San Diego East and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was horrible. The staff seemed indifferent to guests' needs and were unresponsive to my requests for assistance.
The problems didn't stop there. When I turned on the AC in my room, there was a terrible smell that made it unbearable to stay in the room for long periods. To make matters worse, the room wasn't serviced during my stay, leaving me with the same towels and unmade bed throughout my visit.
Additionally, the fridge in my room was broken, which was a significant inconvenience as I couldn't store any perishable items. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities made my stay very uncomfortable.
I would not recommend staying at Rodeway Inn Lemon Grove San Diego East based on this experience. They seriously need to improve their service and maintenance standards.
