I had two rooms booked. Only one room was available at check-in time (3pm). I waited until 3:45 to try and check in to the second room. i was told it was still not available. I said I'd be back after midnight and was told the I could check in to the second room at that time. When I returned at 12:45 AM, I was told that they no longer had a room with two beds in it (as I had booked), and if i needed a second bed, they would charge me for another room (with a 20% discount). So, they messed up repeatedly, then wanted ME to pay for it. When we finally got into the room at 1:15 AM, the bed had no sheets, pillows or blankets on it, and there was no shower curtain, soap, TP.
I've worked at a hotel, and whenever we messed something up, we would would work extra hard to make things better for the customer. These folks did the opposite. This is no way to treat people.
