I had a confirmation of a reservation thru Expedia, got to the property, and was told there were no rooms. Houston area was recovering from Beryl, so I called Wyndham directly to verify that this facility had power, and internet. The lady then "called" the facility, came back on the line, confirming that they had power. The front staff rudely informed me there were no rooms, leaving me and family stranded. They were rude ! They could have called for me the Holiday Inn across the street and appear to help. This was 9.30pm . They were rude and downright told me to leave the premises. These people need to drastically correct their behaviour ! At least try and help me, see if any other facility has availability in the area.. Maybe the are making so much money they dont care. I thought Wyndham name stood for something... I GUESS NOT !!!. Never again will I trust WYNDHAM ...
