We travel often for my daughters travel sports and this is hands down the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We stayed 2 nights. And no hot water. Were told at check in itll be on tomorrow. It was not.
There was hardly anyone staying in hotel im assuming because it is so terrible so we asked for any sort of accommodation for the trouble since the hotel at this point was pointless. like a room with double beds or a discount on our stay because our sole purpose for the hotel was to take showers because our county had a major power outage.
The general manager basically said F U not her problem. Obviously not that verbage but definitely that tone.
Hotels.com called to attempt resolving the issue.
General manager was just as rude to her.
I dont know but if i hated my job as much as this lady clearly hates hers. I wouldnt work in customer service .
