This was a 5-night stay for my two teenage sons and me -- family vacation. We had a three-bedroom, three-bath unit with a kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and small deck overlooking the town. Plenty of space, generally in good condition, overall a very nice place for us to relax and enjoy the downtime in between summertime Colorado activities (fishing, rafting, ATVs, biking). We used the kitchen extensively including the dishwasher. When we arrived the unit was very warm from the afternoon sun, opening the windows helped cool it off (I did not see any air conditioner).
It's a short (10-minute) walk downhill into town, and there is also a free shuttle service every half hour (which we did not use). Overall a pretty good location though not as convenient as being right in town.
There is no daily maid service and you have to check in off-site. We did not know where to check in when we arrived and it took three phone calls to find out where to check in. There was confusion about where to check in as both Breckenridge Property Managers and Wyndham had our names on their lists with different units. Hotels.com needs to do a better job of coordinating with them and giving guests instructions on where and how to check in. Also, the first set of room keys we were given didn't work and we had to drive back down to town to get a new set, which after a long trip was rather annoying -- but after that it was all smooth sailing and we enjoyed our stay.
