very bad.
Very old bath towel and too small. Toilet paper of poorer quality. The mattress was wet.
There were a reported in the room with suggestions about daily tips. Is an absurd a resort suggests daily tips values! If you add up the values they wanted, it is almost a daily hotel value!
Internet bad. You have to pay to have wifi in the room for 200 kbps speed for only two devices. If you want faster internet, pay more! If you want to use the computer from the reception, you have to pay $ 10!
The pool does not work. It was dirty,abandoned and without water during the 15-day stay.
The hotel beach is totally dirty, full of trash. There was lots of inorganic rubbish on the beach, which attracted many flies, worms, and a horrible smell.
There were power cut every day wich was unable to turn on the air conditioning or the fan. For a few nights, we were unable to sleep.
The water in the bathroom had a terrible smell of rotten, extremely salty, very difficult to brush your teeth with that salty taste rotten!after for taking a shower, it seemed that the body was dirtier than before.
The water from the bathroom was also over twice.
This is not even a Resort. This is no more than a hostel.
We had to change the hotel to save our vacation.
