The room I got was not the one in the picture online in my booking. I even showed the receptionist the photograph and he apologized and said that it is recommended that customers come and see the hotel room here before booking online. That's definitely a first! The room was okay otherwise, but just not what was in the picture. The exposed brick on the walls that's seen in the picture was not there. It was just a plain white wall. The receptionist was a young man who was extremely kind and professional as was the young man with curly hair who took my luggage upstairs. Keep in mind there are no elevators. The manager mismatched the hotel. She came off as quite unprofessional - smoking inside the hotel - and puffed away on her cigarette as I explained that the room I booked was not the one I had received. She wasn't too concerned about it and just said with a smile, "sorry." Breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was good, but absurdly overpriced since it's likely you won't get the room in the picture, i.e., you're not getting the room you paid for. and the management clearly doesn't care to do anything about it.
