A few important issues were lacking.
• internet was non existent, could not get on even w help at front desk. Apparently is was ‘down’, even the head engineer guy who I met on elevator by chance. Was unaware of the difficulty in logging in. It just kept spinning around.
• never have I stayed in a name brand hotel where I had to buy breakfast, yes it said fu ll breakfast , but is $$
• 2x the fire dept was called to hotel & alarms went off, some sort of elevated CO2 levels we had to evacuate to cars
Single digits outside
•land line phones were useless, did not work , all direct buttons on phone did nothing to call housekeeping , fr desk etc. I called on my cell to front desk, no answer , in evening, so I went down in person w laptop to get assistance w logging on to internet. They were unable to get me in , “must be down”
So I never got access to internet all of stay,
• lastly our reservation was cancelled when checking in by Expedia, I couldn’t cancel w o penalty for 1 st nite bc it past the time. But I didn’t cancel the entire stay as we were coming up next day. ??? I did not cancel reservations
• whole experience w Expedia was aggravating, plus the issues at hotel made our stay unwelcoming & aggravating
