While the property itself is stunning with breathtaking views, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Everything else was a complete nightmare.
First and foremost, customer service was horrendous. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed utterly uninterested in resolving any issues. The room I booked was not the room I received, and when I brought this to their attention, I was met with indifference. No effort was made to rectify the mistake, and management outright refused to speak with me or any other frustrated guests.
The worst part, however, was the shockingly poor hygiene, especially in food preparation and service. I witnessed staff handling food without gloves, improperly storing ingredients, and even ignoring basic cleanliness. This is not just unprofessional but a serious health risk. Given these conditions, I did not feel safe eating at the hotel. Not to mention the raccoons INSIDE the building.
Overall, no matter how beautiful the surroundings, it doesn’t make up for a hotel that fails in every essential aspect. Poor service, disgusting hygiene standards, and management that doesn’t care—this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
