We got to the hotel at 4; rooms are available at 3. Info taken, and asked to wait 5 minutes; offered a free item from the snack bar. After 15 minutes, a different person took info again, gave us a coupon for a free breakfast, but then wrote $20 on it. We got to our room and neither key worked. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights, and had to return to the desk to get our keys replaced three times! Annoying once you were on the 5th floor room. We ultimately figured out that the Hilton App electronic key (using your phone) worked. Surprised this wasn't suggested by the front desk. Only one of the 2 elevators worked.
The room was nice, comfortable king size bed, and a LOT of electric outlets (a dozen?), although the pillows were disappointing. The toilet flush was insufficient on our final day; glad it happened then or that would have been another thing to fix. The ice machine on our floor and on the next floor down were both running, but not connected to water, so no ice. Internet worked fine.
They only clean rooms every other day, so our 3-day stay never got cleaned.
The ”free breakfast" was odd. First, almost everything on the alacarte menu is $21 to $23, so why limit us to $20? But it didn't matter; the hostess took our coupon, and gave us a much shorter free menu. Still odd, since these 5 items were also on the alacarte menu and only $2 cheaper. Why not just include everything?
Bottom line: a decent hotel at a good price, but way too many little problems
